I always forget how much I'm completely in love with something. Be it anime, fantasy, One Piece, Color Guard, John Williams music, tigers, fluffy slipper socks... well there's a lot. The current one I'm mentioning would be Kyle and the WoT. The prior I've at least been able to keep my head relatively clear about and not lapse into my typical 24/7 hair-chewing obsession. And the latter I'm enjoying thanks to a peculiar type of migraine that actually lets me read.

I really do love this series. And reading. It's strange to think you could forget something like how much you love to read but I guess going 3 years with reading not even a 1/400th of what I used to (literally... actually the fraction is probably even smaller) it kind of slips. Leanne was definitely right, marking down the days for manga releases WAS a new thing for me... it used to be all about my favorite novel sets -- which I still do but that doesn't always mean I get to it.

I got lucky in Maine and found out I have an easier time with Meg Cabot books (in part because they're printed easier and also because they're conversational... or so my guess is) and went a huge splurge then.

I guess with how much I'm enjoying the WoT now it isn't really a surprise then I read even more than I wrote back in the day.

Anyways, this one's for Kyle though I'm not entirely sure.

-- It's actually a lot more cheerful sounding than the lyrics would lead you to believe. In any case, adding to my list of release-ness I need to pick up the new F3 cd at some point between Fruits Basket 14 (a weekish), One Piece 12 (October), and Bleach 15. I wonder when BNL's next cd will be... And I can't wait for fall to really kick-start. I miss pumpkins, leaves, the smell of fall. . . and too many things bittersweet (school, Color Guard, BNL even) funny how so many of my favorite things are kind of bittersweet? Maybe it's just that's how life is; bittersweet. Sometimes even fond memories hurt, but you're still fond of them and you have to make peace with it one way or another.
